Where is the independent third judicary........there is NONE!

l agree with what you say is going on with the judicial system. They are acting like gatekeepers for the establishment against the people.
That is not the way the judicial system was set up.

However, we the people ALLOWED IT TO HAPPEN. We have to take responsibility, and give up wanting a nanny government to take care of us.

I can no longer just rant and rave about the injustice that is now happening in the courts. I have to take action. In other words walk my talk.

We have to take action to reverse all of this damage and become sovereign citizens once again instead of Slaves.

With that in mind I agree with some of the suggestions I heard on The Rule of Law.

A Judge in a black robe will always do favors for the powers that be and when the people loose power it flows to the government.

Here are some of the things I heard them recommnd:

a) Petition the grand jury
b) Reaffirm the fundamental constitutional right not only to present the evidence the grand jury and prosecute it yourself if the government refuses to act.
c) If the Prosecutor refuses to perform his duty it is a prima facie case of bribery and misconduct by the Prosecutor. Prosecute him for same.
d) Restore private prosecution to give the people the power to keep these people in government from corrupting the system.
e) Prosecutors do not have power to prosecute or not prosecute over the Grand Jury ruling. They do not have this power and can not support this claim.
f) Pry apart the Judicial Branch from the Executive Branch
g) Pressure on people to do become involved and put pressure on representatives.
h) We need a ground swell from the people.

The conviction rate is now at 97%. It is not because the prosecution is smarter it is because they are limiting people's defenses. The courts have become extremely corrupt.

This is exactly what happened in Ed and Elaine Brown's case.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF JUDGE McAULIFF RECEIVED HIS BOUNT OF $25,000. FROM THE IRS, ALSO CALLED A MERIT RAISE AND IF SO WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS TO BRING HIM TO JUSTICE FOR CONFLICT OF INTEREST. IF THIS DID IN FACT HAPPEN IN THIS CASE ...............WHERE IS THE JUSTICE!

THE EXISTING TITLE 18 IS A FRAUD AND THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION IN THE BROWN CASE.

By the way almost all Judges in the US were former Prosecutors. How could they possibly be independent. WHAT IS THIS SET UP BEING PERPETRATED ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!

I fully agree with everything that Maidmarion just posted. She is right on the money concerning the loss of our rights in USA courtrooms.

I also agree with her that the show on "We The People" radio network is a great source of vital information to arm yourself with.

I would also like to add that there is another show on WTPRN that is a treasure trove of great information you can arm yourself with. The show is called the "No State Project" and the host is a brilliant guy named Marc Stevens. He has a great website www.adventuresinlegalland.com. He has also written a brilliant book by the same title "Adventures In Legal Land". I have been listening to his show on WTPRN on Saturday Afternoons between 4:00pm to 6:00pm CDT.

He also has a great forum on his website which I am finding to be a great source of help.

One other guy on RBN who I am finding to be a well-spring of great legal information is Sam Kennedy. His show is primarily about the hidden loopholes in the legal system.

Knowledge is power for sure and we need all of the knowledge we can get in this battle.
