On January 5th, one (1) day after my motorscooter was stolen from me in an act of Piracy by JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES SEAN RAREY AND JAMES GEIGER,, I sent an Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM to SHERIFF GIL GILBERTSON, DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, and TRIAL ADMINISTRATOR KIRK L. BRUST via Registered Mail

Trial Administrator BRUST, returned the signed receipt acknowledging its delivery almost immediately.

However SHERIFF GILBERTSON'S AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL did not return the receipt, until Feb 1, 2010, long after the Default period had expired.. They, CAMPBELL AND GILBERTSON refused to accept the Registered Mail Articles and returned and returned them to the Post office, where I picked it up as unopened and unclaimed today, Feb. 3, 2010.

On Jan 6, 2010 I sent a criminal complaint to DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, charging JOSEPHINE COUNTY DEPUTY
RAREY with Piracy, Robbery, false certification on Citation, Assault.. You may read same at "Complaint of Criminal Behavior by Josephine County Sheriff's Deputies. http://www.arkenterprises.com/rarey.html#Complaint. That too, was returned unopened.

Registered mail is accepted as legal process service in lieu of personal service by a process server.

It would appear that DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL AND SHERIFF GILBERTSON, are ignoring the law they have sworn an oath to uphold.
It would appear that they consider the public they serve as potential enemies.

Doesn't it make you feel ALL WARM AND FUZZY INSIDE?

rk; All the JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTS, DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND SHERIFF'S OFFICE have to do is ANSWER THE QUESTIONS OF JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man accompanied by their own affidavit based on their private, unlimited commercial liability. The fact is, they picked on the wrong guy to tyrannize 7 years ago. They have been paying for it ever since.. But I have stood alone. I find my neighbors to be unaware or unwilling to act. Not unlike Pastor NIEMOLLER.

rk: What the people of Josephine County and Cave Junction don't know, is that all of those who have responded to my messages on this board such as W1TMF, are government/media disinformation agents. rk: The purpose of these disinformation agents is to misdirect forum subscriber's attention away from important discussion. Note the quality of their posts. rk: The fact is my case is one of the most important legal events to occur in recent history. It impacts a Nationwide, multi-billion dollar scam of requiring driver licenses of those travellers who are not engaged in commerce and have a right to travel on their own publicly owned roads.
