Friday, March 14th, 2008. I received a letter dated March 10th, 2008 from Audrey Shipman, Tow Program Coordinator for the OREGON STATE POLICE. The letter stated that my Phone number was required in order to conduct a hearing on the towing of my automobile as such hearings are conducted by phone.

Friday the 14th, 2008, was also the 10th business day deadline for Oregon State Trooper TRAVIS LEE, Sgt. FITZGERALD, and Mr. KIRK L. BRUST The JOSEPHINE COUNTY Trial Court Administrator to address point by point under sworn oath or affidavit, the 23 Questions of Jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man . As in every attempt by me over the last 6 years to hold responsible the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE OREGON, to induce them to respond according to the law of the land by answering the 23 questions of JURISDICTION, they, like all other Agents for the State and County chose to remain mute and enter into commercial dishonor, thus constituting an ongoing admission of damage and injury to Raymond Ronald Karczewski ©, a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man in the amount of $2,000,000.00 (Two Million Dollars) See Charge back on Attached facsimile of Citations of aforementioned file.

Monday, March 17th, 0830 hrs. I phoned Ms. Shipman's extension and like JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEPHEN D CAMPBELL See: Who In Government is the True Enemy of the People? http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialch229.html#People was met with an answering machine indicating she was away from her desk and would call back. The day went on till the end of the business day as I remained home the entire day to receive the call, and Shipman never called back.

I found it curious that such hearings were conducted by phone. How does one produce actual evidence over the phone. No matter, all the evidence in writing, required for the STATE OF OREGON STATE POLICE, JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, GRANTS PASS OREGON PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT, AND THE JOSEPHINE COUNTY TRIAL COURT ADMINISTRATOR to evaluate and respond to have been sent to them via files:

In addition to the Internet, this will be sent to OREGON GOVERNOR KULONGOSKI, OREGON SECRETARY OF STATE BILL BRADBURY, OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL MYERS, JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL, JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF GILBERTSON, GRANTS PASS POLICE CHIEF HENNER, AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY TRIAL COURT ADMINISTRATORY BRUST.

I as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People, and therefore THEIR EMPLOYER, do not request, but DEMAND that the files mentioned above be reviewed for criminal aciion on the part of our Law Enforcement, the 23 questions of JURISDICTION be answered point by point, accompanied by oath or affidavit, and the erasure of all bogus computer information regarding suspension or revocation, (or prove there was a license to revoke) as it pertains to this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man.

There will be an inevitable showdown. ps: These 23 questions of Jurisdiction have been submitted to many, many agents for the State of Oregon and County of Josephine, all of which have been accompanied by Affidavit. Trooper TRAVIS LEE and Sgt.Jeff Fitzgerald of the Grants Pass State Police Substation are amongst them.

As these two State Troopers act as agents for the Oregon State Police, you may consider such documents applicable to all agents for the State of Oregon, Including your Lawyer, hence he also is bound to answer under oath or by affidavit.
